Tren cycles can often be some of the most exciting anabolic steroid cycles we will ever implement as they can cause more pronounced changes and bring more benefits to the athlete than any one single steroid available. As you are aware this is also a very harsh steroid and that is a common trait many of the more powerful steroids share but through responsible use most men can enjoy the benefits while remaining safe at the same time.
Trenbolone is truly one of the more versatile steroids on the market and as such is perfect for nearly any purpose, meaning Tren cycles can be implemented during both bulking and cutting phases. In most cases the total dose will be close to the same with either type of cycle, the difference will depend on the individuals experience with the hormone and how much risk they are willing to take. As for duration 8 weeks is typically the norm with some more advanced bodybuilders of a competitive nature increasing to 12 weeks of use in some cases but 8 weeks is a good general rule of thumb. This does not mean total steroid use should only last for 8 weeks; we are simply referring to Tren cycles and that portion of the total anabolic steroid cycle.
If you have never supplemented with the Trenbolone steroid it is always recommended you begin very simple as to see how you react to the steroid; if you react poorly the last thing you want is a massive amount of the hormone in your system. Further, while there are many forms to choose from first time Tren cycles should always consist of Trenbolone-Acetate; in this we will make no exception. The Acetate version is a small ester form and if problems arise because the ester is so small you can discontinue use and the hormone will clear your system in 2-3 days. During your first round with this hormone if you choose one of the larger ester forms such as Trenbolone-Enanthate, if problems arise you will have to wait weeks after discontinuation before the negative symptoms dissipate.
As for the cycle itself, good beginner Tren cycles will normally consist of 50mg of Trenbolone-Acetate on an every other day basis; this means one week you will inject 50mgs 3 times and the next week 50mgs 4 times and so on and so on until you have completed the total duration of use. For many men 50mgs every other day will prove to be all they ever need; while this may seem like a low amount we can assure you it will provide amazing results even in an experienced anabolic steroid user. Any performance enhancer will find this to be a perfect steroid and dose for bulking or cutting.
Intermediate Tren cycles will be about as far as most men will be willing to take it and in-terms of remaining safe as far as they will truly ever want to go. If you have supplemented with this hormone before you may if you choose use a longer ester form of Trenbolone but at the same time Trenbolone-Acetate will prove to be the most efficient as it is far more stable than any other form in-terms of maintaining peak levels. For this reason we will use Trenbolone-Acetate in our intermediate Tren cycles examples; if you choose to use another form simply adjust the dose and injection frequency to meet the needs of a larger ester form.

Of course the individual could add in other things to any of these cycles if he so desires; aromatase inhibitors are strongly recommended and we have not considered the advent of fat-burners and things such as HGH but the above Tren cycles should give you a good idea.
For the advanced Tren cycles there is truly no set amount but we can begin with 100mg every single day. You need to understand this is a lot of Trenbolone and for the strong majority of men it will be far more than they can handle. If you choose to supplement with amounts of this nature you need to understand you are going to experience some negative side-effects, theres simply no way around this; if you ever supplement with this amount and no negative reaction occurs you need to question the legitimacy of your product severely. While such Tren cycles are not that common among most performance enhancers they are not uncommon in competitive bodybuilding at the elite level with doses sometimes approaching 150mg per day and in while rare sometimes even 200mg per day for short periods of time.
Please understand Tren cycles of this nature are very dangerous, they are hard on your heart and blood pressure and if you desire to remain safe they are not something you will ever want to mess with; we have simply made you aware of what some do but this does not mean you should do it to. The reality is very simple, there is hardly a man out there no matter how far advanced that needs more than 100mg of Trenbolone every other day; we can however make an exception of making this dose daily the last 10-14 days before a bodybuilding competition for a hardening affect but thats it.
