A Cape Coral man was slapped with 10 drug charges after police reportedly found nine different types of steroids and human growth substances in his home Thursday.
Carl “Carlito” Weaver, 29, of 2234 S.E. 20th Place, was brought back home shortly after police arrested him for allegedly selling Oxycodone. Once he was back, police entered his home, where Weaver told them they would find a Walther firearm and some “old steroids.”
In one of the bedrooms, police reportedly found a brown box with nine types of steroids, needles, ziploc bags and a gun.
Weaver was charged with seven counts of possession of a controlled substance without a perscription, using a two-way device to commit a felony, selling synthetic narcotics and possession of narcotics equipment.
Weaver is being held in Lee County Jail without bond awaiting a June 25 trial date.
