November 16, 2006
A well-known Fort Worth karate instructor is out of jail after being booked on steroid charges.
Police said Abundio Munoz, whose Web site says he is a sixth-degree black belt, picked up a package at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport that he claimed contained a T-shirt and a book.
Police said it contained banned steroids instead. Munoz runs a karate center on Fort Worth's west side. NBC 5 couldn't reach him for comment.
