Shoaib denies allegations of hitting coach Woolmer

ISLAMABAD: Fast bowler, Rawalpindi Express Shoaib Akhtar Thursday said that he is innocent and will soon remove the allegations after he was tested positive for using banned steroid nandrolne.
While talking to a private TV, Tearaway fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar said that he is hopeful that he will be free from all charges.
Shoaib and Asif were pulled out of ICC Champion Trophy after PCB conducted tests and both were banned for two and one year respectively for using banned steroid nandrolne.
Replying to a question, he said that he respects Bob Woolmer, Coach of Pakistan team and had no brawl with him, these are all baseless rumours.
He further added that Bob is his friend and respects him like elders.
