Alameda, CA (AHN) - Jarrod Cooper, a safety for the Oakland Raiders was suspended by the league on Friday for the team's first four regular season games after violating the NFL's policy on steroids.
Though Cooper, will not be allowed to participate in the team’s first four regular season games, he will be allowed to take part in all of the Raiders' preseason games and training camp activities.
Cooper, a standout special teams player, will not be allowed to be placed on the team’s active roster until Oct. 1, the first day following the team's fourth regular season game against the Miami Dolphins.
