Harrison suspended: Reportedly took HGH

A contrite and remorseful Rodney Harrison last night took full responsibility for using a banned substance, the admission of which forced the NFL to suspend the Patriots safety for the first four games of the regular season.

The substance reportedly was human growth hormone.

Harrison, who didn’t take questions from the media in an emergency conference call at 9:30 but did issue a prepared statement, claimed he did not take steroids and only used the “banned substance” for healing purposes.
