Egg Recipes
What I do is with egg whites. First I separate the yolk from the whites. Then I whip the whites until they are foamy. (I have a kitchen aid; it works great for this). Using a non-stick skillet set on low, I pour the egg mixture into the bottom of the pan. Add your favorite things...
I add: chopped chicken, fresh spinach, onion, tomatoes n sprouts. Really the sky is the limit here. And to kick it up a notch, try some salt free salsa.
Cook for 4 or 5 min. or until slightly brown. Fold over once and cook a bit longer.

I would scramble a couple of eggs together with wheat germ ("season" to taste), and top with lots of fresh salsa.

Hollandaise sauce, lots of it!
It's a sauce made with eggs and butter in a double boiler pot. You season it the way you want, salt, pepper, hot sauce, etc. No carbs unless you make it that way. There are tons of recipes available. Try foodtv.com. I think it's great on sea food and you can invent your to your own liking.

Here is what I do... First of all boiled eggs are a great topping on salad. You can use two or three on a salad. But here is my key for eating eggs... get yourself some red hot cayenne pepper sauce... NOT TABASCO. Cook the eggs over easy so the yolks are still runny. Then load them up to your taste with the pepper sauce. I find them best if you cover them almost all the way. I also use it on scrambled eggs as well as omelets. It's basically the same sauce they use on chicken hot wings. It's not too hot but it has a great flavor, and i use it on just about any kind of meat as well. Best of all it adds no carbos. My wife is amazed at how many bottles I go through. I probably use a bottle every 7 to 10 days. Let me tell ya, eggs will never be the same again!

Basically what I do is I boil the 10 whites before bed and put them in the fridge, next day I drink them in two shakes here's the recipe:
2 cups of skim milk
5 whites
1 banana
A few drops of vanilla extract....
It tastes pretty decent and it eliminates the salmonella and the "not absorbing" issues. I just use the whites but I think the whole egg can be used with no great change on either taste or consistency. The banana and the milk above add some evil carbs, a lower carb shake would be:
2 cups of skim milk
2 table spoons of peanut butter
5 whites (or complete eggs)

They now sell heat pasteurized egg whites in the raw state that can be consumed without the worry of bacterial contamination. They come in containers similar to egg beaters but are not the same thing.

For a quick snack take salsa, sour cream, and an egg or 2, mix the salsa to sour cream 3 parts to one, and mix with an egg or however many u decide. It is a good dipping sauce for chips like Tostitos. Or when fixing eggs on the stove, mix in some salsa, it will dilute the gagging taste u get from eggs by itself.

I have the same problem, when I started the Natural Hormone Enhancement diet, I really had to get used to choking down lots of eggs since I'm a college student and don't have money/time to be cooking fish and chicken breasts before classes.
Here is something that helps and can be easily modified to your delicate tastes.
It's like scrambled eggs on Tranzabol! (Awesome product by the way!)
1. Start with about 1/2 pound of browned ground beef (or any other meat you enjoy. Just make sure it's well cooked.)
2. Chop up some onions, peppers, mushrooms and sautee them for about 5 minutes in about a tablespoon of olive oil. (I usually end up with about 3/4 cup of the vegetables and go heavy on the mushrooms since I like them so much.)
3. Add the browned ground beef and let that simmer for another 5 minutes so everything mixes together.
4. While the other stuff is simmering, mix together 5 large eggs in a bowl and add 1/4 cup of whole milk. Scramble!
5. Pour the eggs on top of the meat and veggies, add another tablespoon of olive oil and turn the heat on high until they are well cooked and scrambled.
Enjoy! I promise you wont taste the eggs!
I've done this in many variations and the olive oil seems to mask the taste of the eggs pretty well plus olive oil is packed with muscle building goodies as you know. But don't go crazy on the oil or you will ruin the taste. I usually cook the beef, and veggies the night before so all I have to do it heat up the pan add the eggs and enjoy.

The easiest solution is NOT eating eggs. One can purchase both whole egg and egg white in powder form, then simply add them to a protein shake. Other good ways of getting eggs is in dishes such as quiches, flavored with cheeses.
If you really want a high protein meal, then make a soufflé omelet - whites beaten, then a milk/egg/cheese mixture folded in. Takes a special copper baking dish. Over baked and so very good.
Last but not least, the Japanese way. Combine a dozen well beaten eggs with some soy sauce (substitute Worsteshire if you wish), beat in a can of tuna, then make crepe-like omelets, folded over or rolled over. Then refrigerate. They make an excellent snack. Instead of tuna, canned salmon or crab works well.

What I do is hard boil three or four eggs. Peel them, slice them up, and mix them with about two cups of diced chicken or turkey. I then put in pickle relish, sweet, but dill will work, some "table blend Mrs. Dash" sometimes diced celery, shredded carrots, shredded cheese, and mayo or salad dressing. I take this to work and have it for lunch. I don't put it on bread, just eat it alone. Try it, it is good.

Here's a recipe that we love:
1 lb ground sausage, cooked and drained
6 eggs
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Cook sausage and drain. Put crumbled sausage in the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix eggs with milk. Pour this mixture over the eggs. Add cheese to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes (ovens vary on this) but just bake until the eggs are no longer liquid. You can spice this up with pepper or any other ingredient you like. It is a fun recipe to customize to your own tastes!

When I'm in a weight-gaining mode, I want to slam the most high-quality protein I can. Here's the BEST recipe to get this stuff in, and you can do it 3 times a day. You can replace a meal with this if you're in a fat-burning cycle.
(Blender drink, by the way)
4-6 eggs
1 bananna
1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1-2 cups milk (whole, skim, or soy milk--whatever you prefer)
You can add creatine and whatever else if you want. You can down this in 5 seconds if you want, and it tastes great.

I don't know any good recipes but, Charles Poliquin says that if you run an egg under hot water for a minute it will allow you to digest it properly.

Eggs ARE a great source of protein! It's my opinion that fish and eggs are one of the top proteins out there.
Here's a few ideas.
Let me first say that I have been consuming raw egg YOLKS for quite some time and I love the taste. I want to get the notion about salmonella food poisoning out of your mind before I give you some tips on consuming eggs. All the salmonella poisoning cases you may have casually known about involve foods (such as caesar dressings etc) where egg was used as an ingredient -- not the egg itself. If it is newly open and consumed salmonella should not be a problem at all!
Ok, now if you want to eat eggs raw I would just eat the egg yolk. I would not recommend eating the egg whites because it contains enzyme inhibitors which could hinder digestion and assimilation of the protein. Egg whites are best consumed cooked, so either toss out the egg whites all together or save them in the fridge to be cooked for your later meals.
When you crack open the egg, separate as much of the egg white from the yolk. Toss it around in your hand till most of the egg white has separated from the yolk. The yolk is in its very own bag, and you will want to separate the yolk from the bag. Get a bowl and put the yolk in the edge of your hand and either pinch the egg yolk's side closest to the edge of your hand or pierce it with a knife and let the yolk drip out of its bag. Discard the egg yolk bag afterwards.
And repeat for as many egg yolks as you wish to consume. Eating egg yolks raw has A LOT of benefits. Egg yolks are also a source of a lot of nutrition.
There are several issues I think I need to address before I continue.
Fat & Cholesterol
You may have heard to avoid the yolk of the eggs because it contains fat and cholesterol. Well throw out that uneducated notion! Egg yolks provide BENEFICIAL fat when eaten RAW. There are two types of cholesterol out there. Egg yolks naturally contain good cholesterol and when it is heated (cooked) then the good cholesterol is damaged and half of what you consume is bad cholesterol. Consuming egg yolks raw will get rid of this cholesterol problems. You actually NEED cholesterol -- it's food for the brain.
Ok, so if you're not like me who loves the taste of the egg yolk there are several things you can do to help yourself consume this beneficial source of protein.
Juice your favorite fruits which I recommend over store-bought juices, but if you do not have a juicer than you'll have to make due with what you have. Drop the egg yolk(s) into your favorite juice and stir. The egg yolks will simply add a creamy vanilla-like taste! It is delicious and you'll be sure to be wanting more!
Also, another thing you can do is mix some of the EFAs or oils like cold pressed extra virgin olive (bought from a specialty food or health store, I would not recommend buying your oils at the supermarket). The oil mixed with the egg yolk will provide a nutty flavor and can then be poured over your salad as a dressing!
Or another idea that I haven't tried but it might work for you. Just mix the egg yolk with any (store bought) salad dressing and see what happens. Although if you worried about fat, then salad dressing isn't the food to be munching on.
Olive oil and all the essential oils are GOOD for you. They won't make you fatter! Do you know that many bodybuilders use 10 tablespoons of essential FATTY acids (such as those found in oils like olive, flax, etc) prior to a competition to DROP body fat?
Consume as much raw egg yolks as you want, and see if it helps with your gains! Judge by results.
On a side note, I consume raw tuna (sashimi) and it definitely helps a lot. Listen, anything cooked partially destroys the protein makeup. So if you want the BEST source of protein you can learn to eat raw fish (sashimi) and raw egg yolks. I respect everyone else's which is different from my own opinion. My opinion is to drop all the powdered protein because that source of protein is so denatured and hard for the body to assimilate!
