Are nuts okay to snack on?

Great snack! In order of best to "better bad choice" ...

• Raw, unsalted

• Raw, salted

• Roasted, unsalted (the roasting may damage some of the fats, but probably isn't the most horrible thing in the world)

• Roasted, salted

Tip: Don't get stuck in the “either/or” mentality. You can actually take a bag of raw, unsalted and mix it with a bag of roasted, salted if you don't like the raw by itself.
