Killing Your Gains With Cardio

"I have read your two recent articles, one talking about the high protein myths and the other discussing high carb - low protein verses low carb high protein. I have found these two articles to be very helpful and to have cleared up a few facts for me. I thank you very much and have always found your articles very interesting. Thanks for keeping us all informed and on the right track with our goals to keeping healthy, fit and building muscle.
I do have a question though. A subject that so many different people have told me different stories to and so many different articles stating different facts. I aim to have a large muscle frame but one that has a cut look, ie toned. I have been doing a lot of riding of bike approx. 30mins a day before training and also go running approx. 8klms, 4 days a week. Is this too much exercise or does it help keeping my muscles growing?
I pretty much have a high protein diet, creatine, and use methoxy 450 and tyroxsyn as well as taking multi vitamins. I am hoping my exercise is helping me and not burning the muscle I am trying to build. Many have said it helps build muscle through certain body reactions from chemical build up and others have said it just burns the muscle away.
