Convicted Steroid Dealer Agris Bremsmits Still Selling Steroids According to Undercover RTE Investigation

Agris Bremsmits Still Selling Steroids According to RTE Investigation | steroid.com

Agris Bremsmits was given a second chance and then a third chance. Will the judge give him a fourth chance?

Bremsmits seemingly wants to go to prison but he can’t seem to catch a break. No matter what he does, he always ends up with the get-out-of-jail card.

First, Bremsmits blatantly started selling anabolic steroids on a Facebook page called “Steroids Ireland”. He used to page to sell steroids to teenagers. The mother of an 18-year customer eventually turned him in.

The Irish Health Product Regulatory Authority (HPRA) conducted an undercover investigation into Bremsmits social media steroid sales in 2015. Bremsmits pleaded guilty to nine counts of “unlawfully selling medicinal products that require a prescription” in 2017.

Did Bremsmits get sentenced to prison? No.

Dublin District Court Judge John Brennan should have sentenced Bremsmits to 12-months in prison under the law. But Judge Brennan decided to show some leniency towards the Latvian-born bodybuilder’s plight.

Judge Brennan told Bremsmits he could avoid going to jail if he simply paid a €5,000 fine in addition to €3,500 in court costs. Furthermore, Bremsmits had a full year to pay it.

Guess what? Bremsmits decided not pay a single euro of the fine after a year’s time. Judge Brennan ordered him to appear in court in November 2018.

Did Bremsmits get sentenced to prison this time? No.

Judge Brennan decided to give Bremsmits a third chance to avoid jail. The judge gave Bremsmits another three months to pay the fine.

Bremsmits may have been wondering what it takes get thrown in jail in Ireland. He has not been having much success.

Maybe Bremsmits would openly start selling anabolic steroids once again. Surely, that would get him thrown in jail.

And that is exactly what Bremsmits did according to a new documentary called “RTÉ Investigates: Steroids Ireland” broadcast on December 12, 2018.

RTE investigative journalists conducted an 8-month investigation into steroid trafficking in Ireland. This included an undercover encounter with Bremsmits in which a journalist hired the personal trainer for a training session.

Bremsmits reportedly offered to sell steroids to the undercover journalist within 20 minutes of meeting him at the Fit4Less Finglass gym where he worked.

Bremsmits sold the journalist a vial of Sustanon which contains a blend of four different testosterone esters.

If Bremsmits is lucky perhaps Judge Brennan will tune in to watch RTE Investigates and realize that Bremsmits probably wants to go to jail.
