Anabolic steroids can come in many forms; while injectable versions are the most common, steroid tablets make up a large portion of the field. While steroid tablets are not as numerous as injectable types there are various forms, each carrying with it their own makeup, purpose and function. True, there are some similarities some steroid tablets share but in the end each is unique unto their own. In most cases people will generally break down the various forms into two classes; bulking or cutting but as we will see this is not only too general but in many cases very inaccurate. Granted, some forms carry with them the primary purpose of “bulking” or filling out, while others carry with them the primary purpose of hardening or increasing athletic performance. While they may have a primary purpose that doesn’t mean there are not purposes beyond the primary one and many of these steroid tablets can be used for a host of purposes as you will shortly see.
When people think of bulking or increasing muscle mass the most common oral anabolic steroids that come to mind are that of Dianabol (Dbol) and Anadrol (Drol or A-Bombs.) Without question these are two of the absolute best anabolic steroids to serve this purpose; gains of 20lbs-30lbs in a matter of weeks can easily be achieved with either one. While this would be the primary purpose of these steroid tablets as we’ll shortly see the overall purpose can be expanded.
There is one oral anabolic steroid that is better known for aiding in the leaning out process than any other and it is that of Stanozolol, commonly known as Winstrol or Winny. This is a very well suited anabolic steroid for this purpose and perhaps the best of all orals in this category. Beyond Winstrol the next best would probably have to go to Anavar (Var) but most men will find this anabolic to be very weak. However, for the female user this will be her best option; not only her best option for cutting but her best choice of anabolic steroid regardless of the purpose.
The first three oral anabolic steroids will all fall into this category as well; Dianabol, Anadrol and Winstrol can all greatly aid in increasing strength, with Dianabol and Anadrol being a bit more efficient in this process. While all three of these steroid tablets serve this purpose well none of them will hold a candle to Halotestin, perhaps the most potent oral of all. Not only is Halotestin remarkable for adding strength it can further be used very effectively as a hardening agent when body fat is already very low.
As you’ve already gathered, many of these oral steroids can serve more than one purpose and truth be told, while we listed some of the primary purposes above there are traits and qualities these steroid tablets can hold that go beyond those purposes. For example, Anadrol while commonly reserved for bulking is often used at the end of a cutting cycle to aid in the filling out process of many competitive bodybuilders. Another example would be that of Winstrol; while commonly reserved for leaning out many avid trainers will use this as part of an off-season or bulking cycle to aid in increasing strength thereby allowing them to push more weight in order to increase growth. As you can see, it is often a mistake to assume steroid tablets generally serve one purpose when they can in-fact serve many.
In the end, whichever steroid tablets you choose to use it all boils down to safety and safety first. Like all anabolic steroids there is a potential for negative side-effects and oral steroids make no exception. Most all oral steroids can have a toxic effect on the liver and for this reason you need to keep your duration of use at a responsible level; months on end is not advisable. However, if one uses responsibly the toxic effect they can have will not only be very mild but will in most cases be reversed once use is discontinued; the liver has remarkable healing capabilities. Many may find it interesting that while there is a toxic effect these orals can have, regular alcohol consumption is far more toxic and taxing on the liver; food for thought.
