Sanabolicum is an anabolic androgenic steroid comprised of the active steroidal hormone Nandrolone. Nandrolone is a testosterone derived hormone that exist due to a lack of carbon at the 19th position. This structural change classifies Nandrolone as a 19-nortestosterone (19-nor) anabolic steroid. This structural change makes Nandrolone more anabolic than testosterone and significantly less androgenic. Side Effects of Sanabolicum

Androgenic side effects of Sanabolicum are possible but unlikely in most men. The androgenic side effects may include hair loss in those predisposed to male pattern baldness, acne and body hair growth. As Nandrolone is a hormone that converts to DHN rather than DHT this greatly reduces the risk of androgenic side effects.
The androgenic side effects of Sanabolicum may also include virilization symptoms in women. Virilization can include body hair growth, a deepening of the vocal chords and clitoral enlargement. Nandrolone does not carry the virilization potential of many steroids, but it’s not as female friendly as the Oxandrolone (Anavar) hormone.
Important Note: 5-alpha reductase inhibitors like Finasteride will not reduce the androgenicity of Sanabolicum. This is one of the few steroidal hormones that will increase in androgenicity when such inhibitors are used.

Cardiovascular side effects of Sanabolicum do exist, particularly as it pertains to cholesterol. The significance of such effects should not be extreme in most healthy adult men. However, Nandrolone can have a greater negative effect on HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol) than testosterone. A cardiovascular friendly lifestyle is important if using this steroid.

Like all anabolic steroids Sanabolicum will suppress natural testosterone production, and like all Nandrolone compounds it will suppress it completely. Genetics and dosing will not change this truth; in fact, a single 100mg dosing can be enough to stop 100% of all natural testosterone production.
Because natural testosterone production will be suppressed when using Sanabolicum some form of exogenous testosterone must be used. Failure to include exogenous testosterone will put the individual into a low testosterone state, which can come with numerous bothersome symptoms. A low testosterone state is also extremely unhealthy. In order to avoid this state testosterone must be used, but the form used is inconsequential. All that matters is the body is given the testosterone it needs.
Once the use of Sanabolicum has ended and all anabolic steroids have cleared the body natural testosterone production will begin again. It will not occur overnight, and reaching full and stable production will take several months. For this reason Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) plans are recommended.
